All our prices are per person per night, inclusive of VAT: children’s prices are based on children sharing a room with two adults:

All prices include a full English breakfast which is served between
08.15hrs and 09.00hrs daily.

We accept payment by cash, personal cheque (if supported by, & subject to the limit of, a valid cheque guarantee card) and most leading credit/debit cards.
Prior reservations will only be made upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit
payment either by credit/debit card or cheque of £20.00 per room with
the balance being payable upon departure. Deposit payments are neither refundable
nor transferable.
Note: An accepted reservation, whether made verbally or in writing,
is a binding contract at law in accordance with the terms detailed herein.
In the event of a reservation being either cancelled or curtailed more than 21 days before the due arrival date there will be no cancellation charge.
Where cancellation or curtailment occurs within 21 days of the due arrival date and we are unable to re-let the room(s) a cancellation charge will be payable equal to 50% of the full reservation cost or, if cancelled/curtailed within 48 hours of the due arrival date, equal to 75% of the full reservation cost.
Room & entrance door keys are provided to enable guests to come & go
at any time.
Rooms are available from 16.30hrs on the date of arrival with a latest
check-in time of 22.30hrs. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00hrs on the
day of departure. Unless otherwise agreed by prior arrangement checkout
after 10.00 hrs
on the day of departure will be charged in full for another night: we are
however able to provide secure storage for luggage for later collection if
required.
